This home reflects the idea of everything old is new. My client wanted a 'traditional' home and had a very clear vision of how to achieve that. We dealt with very specific site constraints such as setbacks and building heights and a distinct step to the rear of the lot. Built on rock, we were able to generate a private patio to the rear and large rooms through out the home that had access to grade and natural light. The gardens themselves provide the view and the opportunity for that 'west coast' indoor-outdoor experience.
In summary, this is a two level, traditional stucco, 5 bdr, 6 bthrms, single-family residence , with attached 3-car garage and guest suite over.
