Every few years I get to work with a client that has a definite view of what they want, while still allowing me the opportunity to run with the design. The result is a surprisingly affordable 3 bedroom vacation home that sits on the edge of a high bank waterfront lot on the Sunshine Coast. 

In this case, we worked sensitively to retain the existing trees on the building site.
